We got our hands on some nice blue corn tortillas, so our first special this weekend is β€˜build your own nachos’. We fry the corn chips in-house, and toss them in your choice of mild ancho, medium chipotle, or flaming hot habanero salt (or no salt option). The nachos come with home-made salsa fresca, a cheddar-jack cheese beer sauce, and creme fraiche. You assemble at home. Add on some of our smoked meats like pulled pork, chicken, pulled lamb, brisket burnt ends, or our beef and bean chilli, and you’re set!
